This cosy villa is set in a lovely garden on a quiet road between the attractive town of Santanyi (2 km) and the stunning sandy coves and natural park of Cala Mondrago (3 km). Built from golden sandstone Ses Roques makes a perfect hideaway for romantic couples or a family with young children. The house itself is fairly compact yet well equipped but the extensive outdoor areas dotted with olive trees cacti and flower beds make this an idyllic spot for a relaxing holiday. The swimming pool (6m x 4m depth 0.7m to 1.8m with ladder and separate small paddling pool for toddlers) is surrounded by extensive terraces with covered BBQ area. There is a variety of shops and local restaurants in Santanyi whilst Cala d?Or with its extensive amenities is just 6-7 min drive away. A charming house with pretty grounds in a hard-to-beat location. One storey. A shaded dining terrace leads into the lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings basic satellite TV DVD and safe then into a fitted kitchen. There is 1 small twin bedroom (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) plus a larger twin and full bathroom. Outside utility room with washing machine. Weekly cleaning and linen change.
