Ideally situated in the sought-after residential area of La Font just 10 min walk from Pollensa Town and 4 km from the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa this pretty stone-faced villa stands in extensive private lawned gardens with a swimming pool (7m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) and many fruit trees. With plenty of space for outdoor living a charming vine-covered veranda and a superb outdoor BBQ area Ca?n Punxa is ideal for families who want to enjoy the privacy and space of the lovely gardens yet also be within easy reach of the town and beaches. From the rooftop terrace there are superb views of Pollensa the bay of Alcudia and the mountains. Inside the house is traditionally but comfortably furnished with lots of personal touches from the owner. Two storeys. From the shaded veranda doors lead into a lounge/dining room with fireplace satellite TV and DVD player plus a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer full cooker microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs are a double and 2 twin bedrooms plus a full bathroom. There is also a further shower/WC with washing machine outside by the BBQ area. Steps at the side of the house lead up to the roof terrace with superb vistas of Pollensa town and distant sea views.
