This spacious traditional villa is situated in the countryside between Puerto Pollensa (2 km) and Pollensa Town (3 km) and has a large lawned garden and a fenced and gated swimming pool (9m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) making it a good choice for families with children. All the upstairs bedrooms (as well as the lounge and dining room) are air-conditioned and heated so Villa Francisco is a great choice at any time of year. Inside the villa is very spacious and furnished in traditional Mallorcan style with wooden beams antique furniture and lots of nik-naks and the less formal conservatory is very handy at any time of year. The convenient location child-friendly large garden and air-conditioning make Villa Francisco a very popular house. Two storeys. A pretty shaded veranda at the front of the house leads into a kitchen with fridge/freezer full cooker microwave dishwasher and washing machine and then into an air condtioned dining room and separate lounge with conservatory (opening onto the lawned garden and pool area) and basic satellite TV with DVD player. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1small twin bedrooms (all with air conditioning - the twin is best for 2 children or 1 adult) upstairs plus 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite). Large twin (not air conditioned) and a further shower/wc downstairs. There is also a dining terrace with BBQ in the garden. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen once. Saturday changeover between 23 May - 25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times.
