This charming and very popular villa is ideally situated in the La Font residential area just 4-5 min drive or 20 min walk from historic Pollensa Town (where there is a variety of excellent restaurants pavement cafes and interesting shops) and 6 km from the beaches and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Set in a pretty flower filled garden with private oval-shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) terraces offering both sun and shade and an impressive BBQ area Voleta also enjoys superb views over Pollensa from its balcony and roof terrace. With recent improvements such as a new kitchen and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms this homely and comfortable villa is beautifully maintained and cared for and makes an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday within easy reach of all amenities at any time of the year. Highly recommended Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with fireplace satellite TV and DVD fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs are a small double bedroom and two larger twins (one with balcony) plus a full bathroom. Further stairs up to a roof terrace with magnificent panoramic views. There is a shaded dining terrace and further shower/WC outside by the BBQ area. Free safe. Air conditioning/heating included in all bedrooms at no extra charge. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen once. Saturday changeover between 23 May - 25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times.
