Ideal for anyone who wants a villa without car hire Villa March is situated in the heart of the pretty and relaxed resort of Cala San Vicente within easy walking distance of the two sandy beaches and the shops bars and restaurants. This spacious and pleasantly furnished house is set in its own grounds with lawns to one side and terraces around the L shaped private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) on the other. There is also a BBQ. It is attractively and comfortably furnished in typical Mallorcan style and offers plenty of space for a family holiday in this charming and low key resort. Three storeys. From the lawned front garden and driveway steps lead up to a shaded veranda and then into a hallway. Fitted kitchen with microwave (washing machine in garage). Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace satellite TV and DVD and patio doors onto a shaded terrace from where steps lead down to the pool area. A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with balcony and full bathroom and from the hallway a few steps lead down to 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. Further steps lead down to another twin and shower/WC. Free safe. All bedrooms have fans. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen once. Saturday changeovers between 23 May - 25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times. Please note: we consider car hire essential in April and October when the village is quiet and not all amenities are open.
