Villa Jaume is a charming pretty house situated in the tranquil C?an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 4 km from each). It is reached by a small lane and is quite private with hedges bordering the garden and pool area. With a private swimming pool (6m x 4m depth 1.1m to 2.1m with ladder) and an attractive partly lawned garden bordered by high hedges and plum pear orange and lemon trees it offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful rural location yet within easy reach of the shops restaurants and beaches. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace as well as an attractive BBQ area whilst inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. There are splendid views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace. Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD kitchen with microwave (washing machine in BBQ area) 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom. Free safe. Outside steps to roof terrace with panoramic views. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen weekly. Saturday changeovers between 23 May - 25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times.
