It is ideally placed for sightseeing in Florence Pisa Lucca and Pistoia which are all within easy reach. International airport Pisa 60 km. Surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the stunning beauty of Tuscan landscape this villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this secluded 10-hectare estate. The villa boasts a fabulous panoramic terrace with 12 x 5 x 1.80m depth private swimming pool very well equipped with tables deck chairs sun beds and sunshades. Changing room facilities with showers and toilets. BBQ and stone oven. Play area for children table-tennis mountain bikes and even a telescope to admire the night sky! Plenty of parking. The villa is on three levels with a typically Tuscan flavour boasting wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. In the basement there is a spacious entertainment area the so-called 'tavernetta' with open fireplace and lounge area. The ground floor consists of living room with plenty of comfortable seating a dining room with table for up to 24 people kitchen with dishwasher microwave two fridges and two cookers.

There are some bedrooms on the ground floor including two with private entrance. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms independent heating/air con control hair-dryers double bed or twin beds and some have satellite TV. Cots and high chairs available on request. Short breaks available between Jan - April please call for more information and prices. You will be asked to pay an end of stay cleaning fee on departure of 13 euros per person or 150 euros minimum. Security deposit 500 euros is taken locally on arrival. Heating/Air con payable locally dependent on consumption. Dogs allowed euro 30 per dog per week.
