Enjoying open rural views to Sherburn Wold this attractive welcoming and comfortably furnished cottage adjoins the barns of a working 600 acre arable and beef farm. At the top of Staxton Bank and abreast of the Wolds Way with views towards Scarborough (pictured right) there is excellent walking and the beauty of Yorkshire's scenery make it a delight to explore. Scarborough's golden sands theatre and lively attractions are 9 miles whilst Bridlington Filey Eden Camp and Flamingo Land and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway in Pickering are all within a half hour's drive. Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay are about 20 miles and the medieval city of York is 40 miles. Pub restaurant and shop 2 miles.
