The accommodation is on one level and the house has been furnished with an eclectic mixture of modern and antique with modern conveniences making it a very comfortable holiday home for a family or couples wishing to holiday together. Radicondoli is in walking distance (approx 200 mts) with a good selection of shops and restaurants and this is a good base for exploring Tuscany. Car hire is essential and Villa Rosanna has private parking. Ground floor: Living / dining room with double sofa bed fully-fitted kitchen 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 shower room. Washing machine dishwasher. Breakage deposit of 150? to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Central heating availale and payable locally if required. Saturday changeover. Pool open 2nd May - 30th Oct.
