Casa da Costa is a modern well equipped and tastefully furnished villa situated in the quiet residential area of Benfarras on a small hill just 10 min drive inland from the beach marina and many amenities of Vilamoura. There are wonderful views of the coastline from the villa?s swimming pool ( 8m x 4m depth 0.9m to 1.9m with roman steps and separate children?s area) lawned garden and balconies. The villa has been decorated and furnished in a smart cool modern style and has excellent amenities including air-conditioning - this is a villa you will hardly want to leave! Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV DVD and CD players and patio doors onto terrace with steps down to pool and garden. Superb fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. One twin bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a master double with en suite bathroom and balcony with sea view plus a smaller double and shower/WC. Dining terrace and BBQ to the rear of the house. Lounge and bedrooms have air-conditioning included from 12 Jun ? 16 Sept. ?100 per week payable locally outside of these dates if required. Twice weekly cleaning and linen/towel change. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day. changeover.
