Casa Falcao is a spacious luxurious villa set in over half an acre of attractive grounds. Its elevated peaceful position offers views to the sea and over the pretty countryside. Situated just outside of the attractive village of Santa Barbara de Nexe (where there is a variety of shops and restaurants). The villa is set in landscaped and floodlit gardens full of both colour and shade whilst the private swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 0.9m - 2m) and its surrounding terraces provide ample areas for sun bathing. The house is extremely well equipped with quality fittings and furnishings throughout. Tiled floors and shuttered windows help ensure that the house offers a cool retreat from the heat of the day whilst the covered external dining area and BBQ allow for long lazy lunches. Its proximity to local shops and restaurants makes this an ideal base for a relaxing holiday whilst the larger towns of Loule and Faro are less than 30 min drive and the beaches and golf courses are just 20 min away. Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD and 3 sets of patio doors one leading to the external covered dining and BBQ area. Fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Two ground floor double bedrooms one with patio doors. Downstairs shower/WC. Two first floor double bedrooms one with en-suite full bathroom the other with double power shower and WC and Juliet balcony. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge included at no extra charge. Cleaning and linen change twice a week. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day.
