Villa Nereis occupies a prime position in what is fast becoming a desirable location on the coast between Polis and Pomos. Set in an orange grove on the edge of the village of Argaka and surrounded by a lawned garden Nereis elevated position offers panoramic views across the countryside and the bay of Polis to the beautiful Akamas peninsula. Its extensive balconies and pool terrace take advantage of the views which are particularly stunning at sunset. In addition to the large pool the garden also boasts a BBQ. Inside the villa is spacious well-equipped and has a high standard of furnishings and d cor throughout. The village of Argaka is just 1 km away and has a local shop and caf . The beach is within 5 mins drive approx 3 kms away and there are numerous restaurants along the coast between Argaka and the larger and very attractive traditional town of Polis which is 7 kms away a drive of only 10 mins. Ground floor: open plan kitchen / dining area with a dishwasher washing machine microwave. A few steps down to the living room all opening onto the pool terrace 1 double 1 shower room. First floor: 1 double with en suite bathroom 2 twins each with en suite shower room. TV CD player. BBQ. Maid service and linen change twice weekly. Air conditioning available at additional cost of ?4.50 per unit per day payable locally. Cot and highchair available. Any arrival day minimum stay 5 nights.
