Villa Taghna is a detached villa occupying a prime site in the Santa Maria development. Close to the sea where you can swim from the rocky beach and with excellent sea views from its pool terraces the villa combines the advantages of both sea and pool in one. The unusually large pool is a particular feature of Villa Taghna and the house itself is surrounded by terraces and its own small garden thereby offering an unusual degree of privacy for this area. All rooms apart from the kitchen open onto a terrace. The main house which has been tastefully furnished by its Italian owners offers the living accommodation and two bedrooms while the third bedroom is in a self-contained unit with lower ground level access making this a particularly suitable property for families with older children. Ground floor approached by exterior steps: hall to open-plan living / dining room 1 twin 1 double bedroom bathroom separate cloakroom kitchen with washing machine dishwasher and microwave. Lower ground level (pool level): twin bedroom with sitting area shower room. BBQ. Cable TV. Air-conditioning available in 2 main bedrooms and living room at additional charge payable locally. Maid service twice weekly and linen change weekly. Tuesday changeover.
