Razzett Maya has a truly wonderful location set in an elevated position and commanding breathtaking views of the island (almost 360 degrees). Renovated to a very high standard with comfortable furnishings and a modern kitchen this traditional farmhouse retains all of its original character and always enjoys the welcoming summer breezes due to its exceptional location. A main feature of Razzett Maya is the virtual horizon pool (dimensions: 13m x 8.5m depths: from 1.75m to 2.4m). The house is semi-detached but not overlooked as it is surrounded by a wall to protect its privacy from neighbouring village houses Maya is as comfortable outside as it is inside with an excellent outside dining area and the main living and dining rooms open directly onto the pool terrace. Fully double-glazed and with large picture windows to enjoy the fabulous views Razzett Maya is comfortable and well-equipped for a cosy home in the Winter too although the cooling Summer breezes can be somewhat more dramatic in deepest Winter! The village is really a hamlet with just a mini-market close by. Other villages with shops and restaurants and nearest beaches are approx 4km away. Ground floor: large open-plan kitchen / living / dining room opening to pool terrace. 1 double bedroom with four-poster 2 twins 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath 1 shower/WC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Built-in BBQ drive-in car port washing machine aerial TV hairdryer. Maid service and linen change twice weekly. 3 night minimum except July/August when 1 week minimum Tuesday start
