This pleasant spacious villa is handily situated in a quiet residential area just 2 km from the beaches shops and restaurants of the pretty resort of Moraira. There are splendid views over the countryside towards the sea from the balcony whilst the spacious terraces around the private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) are bordered by lemon trees and offer sun and shade as well as a BBQ and outdoor eating area. For those who want to explore further afield the nearby larger resorts of Javea and Calpe are both just 15 min drive away whilst the bright lights of Benidorm are just 30 min drive. Two storeys. All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house with steps leading down to the pool area. A sloping driveway leads to the front door and then into a dining room and lounge with satellite TV DVD and CD players plus doors leading onto the balcony. Fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room). Twin bedroom with en suite shower/WC plus further twin and double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 18 July -28 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
