The famously elegant coastal resort of Sidmouth the antique shops of Honiton (8 miles) and the thriving market town of Taunton are all within easy reach whilst further afield to the north lie the wonders of Exmoor National Park backdrop to the resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth linked by a unique cliff railway and the gorgeous Doone Valley. To the south lies the granite grandeur of Dartmoor with its sparkling streams quaint villages and famous ponies. There is a pub serving food 2 miles away and shops at Dunkeswell 4 miles.
