To the south Lyme Regis Sidmouth and Beer are also within easy reach as are Exeter and the majesty of Dartmoor beyond. In the care of the National Trust Killerton and Knightshayes Court are close by whilst Tiverton (7 miles) and Taunton (12 miles) both offer many local attractions.
