Bursting with charm and character this comfortable little cottage lies a short stroll from the village pub and just 2 miles from Ulverston with its wealth of unusual shops and hidden corners. The cottage enjoys views towards the church and over open fields and has its own terraced cottage garden. A quiet children's play area lies across the road (supervision required). This is the ideal base for exploring the Southern Lakes. Coniston Water (pictured - 10 miles) is ideal for water activities whilst bustling Windermere is a little further afield. Superb walking cycling and pony trekking can be enjoyed in the Lake District National Park a short drive away and many places of historic interest are nearby.
