Ferry to beautiful Ile d'Yeu from Fromentine 1 hour drive for a lovely day's outing. Nearby Lac de Grand-Lieu is a beauty spot rich in wildlife. Interesting safari park 12 km. Don't miss the wine tasting; the Muscadet 'C tes de Grand Lieu' is particularly recommended! International airport: Nantes 22 km. This delightful 'Relais de Chasse' dates back to the 1930's and is situated in a farming hamlet 5 min from St Mars-de-Coutais.
