On the outskirts of Talmont this single-storey house is situated in a well-maintained enclosed garden of lawn flower beds and pool with security immersion alarm which can be heated on request at extra cost of ?130 per week payable locally 13 x 5 x 1-2m depth with roman steps. Pool-side shower. Shady terrace. BBQ. Friendly owner and her dogs live in left-hand wing of the property with own fenced garden (the dogs do not roam).
