Lovely old walled town and port of Concarneau 40 min drive with wonderful seafood restaurants should not be missed. Swimming lake on site and golf at Queven 20 km. Pont-Aven famous for its artists and galleries is 25 min drive. International airport: Brest 115 km. Superb tranquil setting just outside the pretty hamlet of St Eloi for this restored watermill complete with turning millwheel set in extensive grounds of well-maintained lawns and shrubberies and having two beautiful small lakes and a stream. Private fishing is possible and a rowing boat is provided.
