The property is within easy reach of the ancient caves of Padirac the delightful villages of St Cirq Lapopie Rocamadour and the not to be forgotten medieval town of Sarlat. Train service to Paris and Toulouse. International airport: Bergerac 97 km. This character house is set within a large park and garden enhanced by many old trees some centennial and a pretty water feature in front of the house. The private swimming pool area is some 15m from the house with an attractive wooden deck surround and sun loungers. The pool measures 5 x 10 x 1.45m depth with security alarm. A discreet elderly lady lives in a small cottage on site. Ground floor: comfortably furnished house with kitchenette and dining table. Bed 1: double with french windows giving direct access to terrace. Shower room and sep WC. Bed 2: double. Stairs to 1st floor hallway leading to main living room with TV/CD/DVD and dining area.
