It's only a short drive to the village of St Geni s with shops restaurant riding facilities and tennis courts while Montignac 8 km offers more shops and bike hire. Nearest golf course Souillac 20 km. This very attractive cottage that adjoins the owners house is on a quiet lane surrounded by vast beautifully kept gardens which lead to the owner's woodlands where you are free to wander and enjoy the peace of the countryside. This traditional limestone cottage has been lovingly converted without any loss of character. A private terrace at the back gives lovely views across the huge expanse of lawn and fruit trees to the woods beyond. The private pool 9 x 5 x 1.1-1.8m depth is in a sunny position to one side of the house with security alarm and fence. There is also an adjacent 'boules' area. The door opens into a very light and spacious open-plan living dining and kitchen area.
