The pretty old village of Levens is 10 km for restaurants shops tennis and bike hire. The coast and all it offers is just 20 km. International airport: Nice 30 km. Perched on the hillside of the Ni ois hinterland with superb views of the old hillside village this villa is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat as access is a little difficult. The villa is also located next door to FME659 ideal for families wanting to holiday together but in separate accommodation. Set in enclosed gardens below the house there is a wonderful enclsoed overflowing pool 10 x 5 x 1?2.2m depth with security alarm which is surrounded by spacious terrace exterior shower and summer kitchen including BBQ and pizza oven. Additional terraces can be found in front of the house which benefit from views over the gardens. Comfortable living/dining room with ample seating and fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen is set off to one side of the living/dining room with access to the terrace and storeroom housing 2 washing machines. Ground floor: Bed 1: double and double sofa-bed with TV glass door to terrace. First floor: Bed 2: large room with a cot and single on a mezzanine glass door to balcony.
