This villa is in the most spectacular setting high up in the hills between the coastal resort of Mandelieu and the forested area around Tanneron. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside whilst still being close to the Riviera. Wonderful private views from the terrace help to make this a truly special location. The main part of the garden is well maintained with lovely trees and grassy areas providing shade for dining outside. Grounds extend towards a steep wooded section below the house. The steep drops in the garden make this property unsuitable for toddlers. An electric gate leads to the drive and carport for two cars behind the main house. Fenced and gated private pool is to one side of the villa (8.5m x 4m x 0.8m - 1.8m depth). Table tennis and electric barbecue.
