Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with Freeview a DVD player video player ipod/mp3 compatible speakers and a radio/CD player. A selection of DVDs videos and board games is also provided. Kitchen A beautifully presented modern kitchen with Maple units and integrated appliances including an electric oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and chimney style extractor above fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Utensils and accessories include a kettle toaster and microwave. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is access to the small rear courtyard from the kitchen. Dining The dining area is located within the open plan living area and has a large wooden table with slate inlaid and 6 matching leather chairs. Bedroom one Located on the second (top) floor this is a dual aspect room with apex dormers both front and rear and stripped floor boards. Access to the balcony where you can enjoy views over the harbour and out to sea and roof terrace where you can sit and relax in a sun trap.
