Entertainment is provided by a TV with Digital Freeview and DVD player. Kitchen Fitted with laminate flooring and light pine units with black granite effect work surfaces. The room is tastefully spot-lit and a spacious fridge freezer is integrated in with the pine coloured units. Features a washer/tumble dryer dishwasher a hob with four ceramic rings with extractor fan fridge freezer microwave and double electric oven with integral grill. A kettle a four slice silver toaster stainless steel sink with mixer taps and cafetiere. Dining Comprises of a large dark pine oval table with eight matching chairs. A large window overlooks the swimming pool. An additional round table and four matching chairs sits in one corner opposite the main dining table and a large wall mounted bookcase houses a variety of books a small stereo/CD system with two speakers and a couple of games. There is an attractive archway leading from the dinning room into beautifully light conservatory. Contains patterned wicker furniture made up of a two-seater sofa and two matching armchairs and two small wicker tables one with a selection of magazines. The bright airy conservatory opens out onto the garden via two glass doors. The floor is tiled and there is also a ceiling mounted fan.
