Living area Large windows allow sweeping sea views across Brixham and the harbour area. 2x three seater sofas and an armchair. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky Satellite and a DVD player. Games room There is a separate games room on the top floor which features a pool/snooker table and further seating. Entertainment is provided by a TV with video and a selection of board games. There is a Z-bed that can be used if required. Kitchen The kitchen is light bright and airy with a stone slab floor beech units a feature cast iron range in the fireplace (display only) and a breakfast bar. Well equipped with an electric oven with grill gas hobs microwave/grill a dishwasher fridge coffee maker kettle and toaster. There is also a light pine kitchen table and four chairs for extra dining space. A utility room next to the kitchen features a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. From the utility room there is a cloakroom with w.c. sink and mirror. Dining An elegant room with a large rectangular mahogany dining table with six matching chairs and two carvers. Master Bedroom Located on the first floor with a double bed and large windows with panoramic views. There is a triple wardrobe with a basket storage rack and chair. En-suite bathroom comprising walk in double shower wash basin and w.c.. Bedroom Two This room has the same sweeping views and comprises of twin beds and chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Three Located on the first floor adjacent to the family bathroom and has twin beds with a bedside table chest of drawers wardrobe and a wicker chair. Views to the rear of the property over the garden. Bedroom Four This room has a single bed and an additional Z Bed which can be used in the games room if required. There are also a chest of drawers and wicker chair. Main Bathroom Features a bath with an electric shower w.c. and wash basin. En-suite to Master Bedroom Walk in double shower wash basin and w.c. En-suite to Bedroom Two A w.c. and a wash basin. A large unfenced terraced patio area at the rear of the property. Outdoor furniture and seating. Views across the harbour and towards Lyme Bay. Designated parking at the rear of the property on the driveway for two medium sized vehicles. Additional parking is available by prior arrangement.
