The spacious living room is located on the ground floor with a large window providing panoramic views across Brixham harbour and marina and further afield to Torquay. As with the rest of the property the lounge is decorated to a high level with leather 2 and 3 seater settees wicker chair and mosaic stone fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a TV video and radio/CD/cassette with some CDs magazines and board games. Kitchen The kitchen/dining area is located downstairs in the basement again with views across Brixham and a door to the garden. The well appointed kitchen features a washer/dryer fridge freezer dishwasher double oven with gas hob and hood kettle toaster cafetiere food processor scales and an iron and ironing board. Dining There is a pine dining table with 4 chairs. Master Bedroom Located at the front of the property on the ground floor. Decorated in a pine scheme it has pine twin beds with a wardrobe and drawer unit between the beds. Bedroom Two Views across the harbour and marina. Features a pine double bed with drawer units either side wardrobe chest of drawers. Entertainment is provided by a TV and DVD combi player. Bedroom Three Has pine twin beds a 3 drawer unit and a built in wardrobes. The first floor bathroom includes a white suite consisting of a wash basin w.c. and bath with shower taps and a folding shower screen as well as a mirror and light and shaver point. The property includes an adjacent garage (width 2.5m. by 4.7m.). At the rear of the property there is a garden area with a table and 5 chairs where the spectacular views can be appreciated.
