The spacious lounge/dining room is located on the 1st floor providing striking views across Torbay to Paignton and Torquay and access to the balcony. The balcony has seating and views across Torbay. Entertainment is provided by a TV video and radio/CD/cassette. Kitchen Kitchen is located off the living room again with sea views across Torbay. The well appointed kitchen features a fridge microwave oven with grill ceramic hob and extractor hood dishwasher kettle toaster cafetiere and two tier trolley. There is a utility sink washing machine spin-dryer in the garage. Dining Extending dining table with four chairs. There is a further table and four chairs located in the kitchen. Master Bedroom Features a double bed dressing table built in wardrobes and door to the rear patio and garden. Bedroom Two Features a double bed dressing table and two wardrobes.
